1st Shipping - Will They EVER Deliver???
So I think a package is lost. 1st Logistics has the package and has had it since 3/12/25 in a city about 60 miles from me. No movement since then.
I contacted AliExpress and they wanted me to wait until today so I did. They promised they'd refund my money on 3/20/25 if the packages (3 packages got combined into one shipment somewhere along the way) had no arrived. It hasn't arrived so I contacted customer service.
Now, and get ready for this bull****, they want me to wait until 3/27/25. So I asked them when does my purchase protection they advertise run out...3/27/25!!!
The agent then assured me that they'd automatically refund my money on that date if the packages hadn't arrived...because after lying to me once I'm now supposed to trust AliExpress customer service???
I filed refund requests and got told by the "escalation" team to just wait longer.
1st Logistics has no phone number, no English site, nothing. So it's not like I can ask them to run a trace on the package and get it moving along. Some jackwad probably stole it.
Anyone had experience with this terrible 1st Logistics??? Any chance this thing gets delivered? Was the Customer Service Agent just lying or does it get automatically refunded if it's not delivered by the protection date?
