Ali refund is just straight up a loop scam
I’ve been trying to get a refund, I have sent them a full 20 minute uncut video of the entire opening, and they now want me to get logistics information from the shipping company that they saw the damage done to the package and reported it, but THEY DIDNT. They literally never report damage because it’s some random dude in a car delivering it, he couldn’t care less about what happens to the package.
How am I supposed to get this info if it doesn’t exist? How am I supposed to get the seller admitting fault IF I CANT CONTACT THE SELLER. I am one more denial away from taking them to small claims court just for the heck of it, this is absurd. I’m just gonna do a chargeback at this point, but this is INFURIATING.
