Ordered something on Alibaba and now in dispute with seller because UPS wouldn’t provide me more information besides the package has been seized and destroyed by customs.
Alibaba wants the customs detention form to issue a refund. Anyone else ever had this issue before? I reached out to UPS and they said they cannot help, and I tried calling customs, but I was on hold for over an hour plus for two days in a row and nothing.
