Asking about "Protection time"
| | Hey everyone, I recently made my first purchases on AliExpress, and all of them have a similar tracking status: "Arrived at local airport" since February. However, the estimated shipping time has already passed (1st pic). I tried to request a refund, but i received an email that said my request was marked as "Invalid" (2nd pic). When I checked the app, I saw that AliExpress had stepped in and told me to wait for the "Protection Time" to run out before I can open a dispute (3rd pic) Since this is my first time ordering, and English is not my first language, I’m unsure what to do next or when my protection time will actually run out.
