Clearance charge
| | First off. I'm not an Ali Express connoisseur or expert. But from my recent experience I made a purchase and thought everything was fine. I received a text message to my phone that I owed $90 in clearence charges. I'd never heard of it. So I reached out to the seller asking what it was. I received the response in the attached image. I sent both the text message and attached messaging string to Ali Express support. They said it was against Ali Express policy to solicite more money after purchase. The price listed was the final price, including shipping. Needless to say I ended up with a refund so I'm luck there. But has anyone experienced this? Understand it? I'd it normal or scam?
