Dhl says "not delivered", cainiao-aliexpress says it is...
The day after dhl marked my shipment as "failed" "being sent back to the sender", it magically as appeared "delivered" on aliexpress at 6:30 am, as well as on the Cainiao tracking site.
I've opened a dispute and got an immediate (like, an instant) refund for one of the items. I was shocked and happy and thought I would get my full money easily, but well, I was naive. The other day I got another refund approval, how nice, now there were 14 items remaining.
Now a little bit of storytime: My orders were sent with two courier companies, hermes and dhl. The hermes parcel was also failed, but I've managed to get it by redirecting it to a Hermes packetshop. I had stupidly thought most of my items were in this package (I placed orders two times on different days, my second order was the bigger one with 20 items, I thought it was fully sent by Hermes, not caring to check all of the items one by one). But then I opened the package and I've said oh... (insert squid game gihun i'm f*cked look here) It wasn't just that, 2 items I bought in pair (one of the items was that I bought 2 of, the other was not the same item but bought from the same shop) were also divided between the parcels. For the same shop one, I've accidently checked acquired, for the one I bought 2 of, I didn't do anything. I've placed dispute for both of them and I got response very quick. After the evidence attachment request, I explained how I didn't get the one sent by dhl, but I got the one sent by hermes. For the one I bought 2 of, I specified I only want refund for 1 item. Suprisingly, I got refunds for both of them very quickly, what a relief, now only 12 items is remaining (!)
Now, three days passed and I've been doing countless back and forths with the agents. It is marked as delivered by courier company bla bla bla send us valid proof bla bla bla.... The worst thing is I don't know a single bit of German (except saying milch und kaffee, bitte) and so contacting with dhl is a nightmare. And it is not even their fault (probably), their customer service says it is delivered to the Cainiao B.V, Aliexpress provider, and it clearly states on their shipment tracking system that the delivery was unsuccesful. Ali just might as well take the tracking number, open the dhl website and see for themselves that it is not delivered. But well!...
