How do damaged shipment claims generally go?
| | Received this neon sign today which was basically demolished (nearly all the glass tubes have breaks). Anyway, I opened a dispute and messaged the seller. They wanted to replace the glass tubing, not a full replacement. I don't really want to pick through mercury coated glass and attempt to replace every tube on my own as it seems hazardous. I would prefer to receive a refund and make another order for a full replacement. The seller commented this could happen but that it will likely be a long wait through AliExpress dispute system.
