How dose Ali express returns work?
So last month I bought a package on February third, it got stuck in delivery and eventually said Delivered and I never received it. On the 13th same month I asked for a refund and got it.
Same thing except much more now is happening, I bought on February 15th and it's been stuck in "arrived at local air port" since February 26 till now and ONGOING. And I denied a return/refund. I think it's "purchase protection"?
