I requested a refund for a product in poor condition
As the title says, I asked for a refund for a light box that didn't turn on, but while I was waiting for confirmation I asked where I could go to return the product and they told me that the seller would contact me to send me a code to send it by parcel. In the green letters it says “good reputation, no need to return” and they have no longer contacted me, I would like to know if what the green letters say means that I should no longer go to the parcel delivery service to leave the product.
It's the first time I've asked for a refund so I don't really know what steps to follow.
