Is there a foolproof method of creating an Aliexpress account without getting banned immediately?
I was trying to order something from the site, but my account got frozen twice immediately after signing up and entering the code Aliexpress sends via email. I have never ordered from the site before. Both email addresses should be in good standing or at least I never had any problems using them before.
My first account got banned within minutes if not seconds after entering the code. I appealed and the appeal seems to be in a limbo. On the mobile website and app it says that the appeal got accepted ('Appeal Accepted (app.extra.1)'), but there seems to be no way to move forward from that. No clickable link or anything. And on the regular desktop website it says that the appeal is pending ('appealing'). How does that even make sense? It has been like this for multiple days and I'm now under the impression that it might stay this way forever.
Also regardless of the appeal showing as being accepted on the mobile site/app the account is still deactivated and I cannot log in.
After doing some reading on this reddit, I decided to sign up with a second email-address and ran into the same problem. Immediate account freeze. Both cases say 'Risk registration disable' and 'ProactiveInvestigation' if that helps. Since I'm running out of email-addresses, I'm very hesitant to try another email-address yet. Any tips on what to do next?
