item marked as delivered but never received and aliexpress refused my dispute
i ordered a phone case a month ago and it apparently got delivered today but its nowhere to be found. i dont even know which local shipping company has it (only Hermes and DHL in my area) I contacted Aliexpress but they refused my dispute so I contacted Klarna as well. They are asking for a "proof of no delivery" when they cant even provide me with the info of which local courier has it???
