| | Lost 40$ rn by having to pay double VAT for my package to Norway and Aliexpress giving up quick and not refunding me. I remember having trouble with this last year as well. I did have proof of payment and the reciept for the second VAT payment but not the invoice from the carrier (something I never got since I just paid in the grocery store to pick it up). Hate that they have this 24h rule, and that they did not see the receipt from the store and bank transaction as valid enough proof! [link] [comments] |
