Hello everyone, I am posting this because I am at my wits end. In October of 2024 I have ordered a plushie from a store, and they shipped me out a card with the preorder date?
My account was made through TikTok so I assume that account was lost to time, or deleted, but I still had the order number and payment proof. I sent this, and the card to the seller but never received the plushie. It’s March 2025. As the original account is gone, I do not know if I can request a refund. Can someone help me?
I have messaged the store multiple times, but I only got responses from their chat bot.
