Next steps?
| | I need help with an order that hasn't been delivered. I've opened a dispute but keep getting the runaround from both support and the seller. To make matters more confusing, the package has a tracking number from FedEx, but the delivery information doesn’t include my name or address, even though it's supposed to be attached to me. FedEx can't provide any information due to their privacy policy. I've sent the relevant PDF from FedEx to AliExpress support and even to a senior team member, but their response is always the same: "Not enough proof that it wasn't delivered." At this point, I'm wondering if I need to go to the CEO's office! Additionally, when I try to get more details about my order on the FedEx app, it requests an email that has no association with me to reset the password.
