Ordered 2 lots of 5x1k pla rolls from the same seller. Only recieved one and they used the same tracking number for both.
What can i do? Ive been away and just got back so its marked as automaticly delvered. There is only 1 package. I took a picture and a video of it being opened. Cant seem to contact anyone on the app, it just is a circle of going around and around resulting in the bit that says request a refund. I cant request a refund/return fore somthign that hasnt arrived? Can anyone help as im losing my mind here. Thanks
