Pkmn figures funsim: Package contains items flagged for IPR infringement?

Hello, After MONTHS I have received an update on a tracking that stayed silent and I thought ended up lost by the courier. I had asked for refund.

It reads as “Abnormal customs clearance” at some point and “infringement” today (I didn’t even notice the resumed updates until now, since I hadn’t bought anything in a while, I was like, “tracking update of what??”)

I ordered a box of Pokemons Eevee evolutions figures by funism, that isn’t even a bootleg to what I know: it is a legit chinese brand linked to pkmn. I chosed a Seller that clearly stated of selling only legit brands and the product was genuine. Many in the feedbacks were happy and agreed with the quality. I even checked on myfigurecollections before buying 🥲 I’ve never spent so much on Aliexpress before, it was just the most easier way to not get replicas of blind boxes and save money.

Also, I just noticed the tracking information has changed: I asked for a refund at the end of June because on 8th May the tracking info said the customs was done, but I never got any update for weeks after that. Also asked support many times to check with the shipping/courier company the days before, but no news at all. Now it says something totally different, it changed into the “abnormal customs clearance”. Could this be an excuse for their losing the packaging and delaying for months? Edited with fake dates? 😕

So, what to do now? I mean, will the package go back? Will it still be brought to me and I’ll have to pay some fine?? 😫
