Product safety recall of a toilet light
| | Hello people, I bought this toilet light 2 years ago some time. Actually I bought two of them at different times in 2023. Now I got two product recall emails from AliExpress about them. Both because of "Excessive Chemical". It has been in use since I received it, I basically use toilet lights like this for over 5 years now. Which means I rarely touch them to change the battery. The rest of the time they are chillin' on the side of my toilet bowl. So since I'm a pretty paranoid motherfucker somtimes, could you guys give me heads-up on how to treat the product in this case? Can the chemicals still pose a risk, for example through air or is this a mostly safe to use case? 🤔 Don't really want to throw the thing, since it's working fine for quite a while, and not all of those cheap lights are so lucky. 😉 [link] [comments] |
