Promo/Choice Day price hikes and coupon code errors
Does anyone else notice a substantial price hike from before any promo phases (like choice day from today until 5th) to the start of the promo? It was noticable. Had quite a few things in my cart and prices went up considerably and here comes the kicker: Coupon codes, that would basically just cancel out the price hike won'T work and the chat service/customer service is a bad joke. just a giant waste of time and it doesn't go anywhere, except in circles ^^
Coupon codes give an error of "request cannot be processed due to security reasons" or "amount not reached" (even though I'm 50€ above the threshold)
frustrating overall experience, especially the artificial price hike.
they tell you, you're saving money and that you can "save" extra with codes and in the end codes don't work, you give up, order without any code and just like that, they made you pay more during a "promo" timeframe. Cool -_-
