Refund without dispute?
| | I bought a Logitech G502X Lightspeed replica (TAIDU TWG502) on Aliexpress, when it arrived it had the battery loose inside. Contacted the seller and he told me to see what it is, i glued it back with doubble sided tape and when i plugged it in it was lagging, like moves fine then stops for a second and resumes. Both on 2.4Ghz and wired. On 2.4Ghz it had even a delay, but looking at a review it was kinda solid and enough for me. Seller said he will first give me a 3€ coupon, then 5€. I asked if i destroy and dispose the mouse could i get a full refund, he said i wont. At the end he agreed to a 70% refund. Ok, feel like 70% is kinda enough. Been 1-2 days later and i asked about it and he said after august 15th he will refund, but thats when my buyer protection expires. Do i trust them, do i open a dispute?
