I didn’t order from AliExpress directly, but have noticed they tend to ship for that company a lot.. I’ve also noticed dozens of posts complaining about them.. I ordered a 200$ bjd doll and I’m so worried I’m never going to see it.
They’ve had my package for 9 days but claim “it’s still at the airport, and maybe I should contact the og seller to get a new shipping company”
Issue is, on the UniUni website, it specifically says “we have your package”
What do they mean I should order a different shipper?? You are the shipper and have my package! And when I tried to ask questions and clear things up, I was talked to like an idiot
“It says you have my package”
“That means we don’t actually have it”
UGH. Any advice?? This doll is very very very important to me. It’s a gift to myself for my upcoming major surgery. Sorry it’s just that important.
