UniUni stole my package (it seems)
Hi guys, this is my first time posting here, and I just wanted to say that I think the delivery company scammed me.
I bought 3 products from Aliexpress on March 1:
- A tablet (Lenovo Xiaoxin Pad Pro 2025)
- Case for the tablet
- Pencil for the tablet
On March 8 (Saturday), they delivered both the case and the pencil and attached a proof of delivery, with the package resting on the floor, when there was a post box at 1 meter (you can literally see it in the proof they sent).
Those packages were fine, now comes the bad part. On March 17, UniUni marks my package as "Delivered", but they don't attach any proof of delivery, and obviously, my package wasn't delivered, and still isn't as today's date.
My only theory is that UniUni stole my package, because I didn't find it anywhere nearby and they don't reply to the emails I sent asking about it.
Did you guys have any similar experience with Aliexpress? Is there any hope?
I already opened a dispute of course, and the seller wants me to close it just because the package is marked as "Delivered" in the system, when obviously it was not. Honestly is not the seller's fault, so I get it, but I need my money back.
Also, I have the accesories for the tablet but not the tablet, it's so stupid
