What should I do here?
Ok I am having a major issue with AliExpress. 2 shops in particular and the help is non existent. I have 3 orders, 2 from one shop that have not shown up but they keep saying it's on its way. I have opened up disputes but they keep getting pushed back and now got notified that if they aren't confirmed in 30 days they'll be marked as delivered. 2 orders have not moved since December 18th and the other since Feb 20th. The help desk says it's still in transit and nothing has moved. What should I do the get a refund in my open cases that have been pushed back at least 6 times each?
