I have a question. To request a refund, does the product’s original packaging (not the AliExpress shipping package, but the actual box of the product) need to be completely intact?
I bought a pair of AirPods, and two days later, someone left a 1-star review saying they might be fake. I’m not sure how true that is, but to check, I’d have to break the seal that all Apple products come with.
If I open them, will I still be able to request a refund, or would that make it invalid? Ty
