Aliexpress and SingPost issues
| | My parcels have been at my "local delivery center" since january 18th. AliExpress automaticaly confirmed (24th of march) reception and refused refund, saying: "The tracking information shows that the package is waiting for you to pick up or on the way of last-mile delivery. To help you get your package quickly, please check delivery detail with your tracking number on : https://global.cainiao.com/. You are suggested to contact the shipping company's Customer service or to locate the pick-up address. If there's unexpected issues, please provide related proof for us to check." I went to my local CanadaPost office to obtain some informations, but they couldnt help as the package was never in their care. I've also contacted the SingPost customer service with no answer (customerservice.sz@singpost.com). The seller was of little help, they just sent me a screenshot of the page on Cainiao tracking website. I'm wondering what I should to next. Dispute the charges on my credit card?
