I just tried to return a product that I didn’t need and hadn’t even opened. The first weird thing was that they force you to select a reason for the return, which isn’t actually allowed since you have the right to return an item within 14 days without giving a reason. Second, they require a picture, which also shouldn’t be allowed.
So I sent them a picture of the unopened package, but they said it wasn’t sufficient. Then I took the product out, sent new pictures. On top of that, they said that if I don’t send new pictures within two days, my refund will be canceled. And I’m just thinking, „bro, you can’t just erase my return rights like that😂“
Why isn’t this banned in the EU?
