AliExpress Canada orders stalled in shipping?
Just checking in to see if other Canadians, particulary eastern Canada, have had their orders, shipped by AliExpress Saver Shipping, stalled for months. Last tracking was third week of January stating arrival at "local" airport. Since then, nothing, which I assumed just meant no tracking once in the country.
However, two months later, still no packages 90 days after shipping and both my orders have auto-completed. Sellers had no useful information. Asked for a refund on one and was told my request was invalid, that the package was still in transit (and some BS about the Canada Post strike) but said they'd get back to me in 10 days. Ten days later, a new message saying I'd have to wait 30 days more. What concerns me is that this would be 25 days after buyer protection runs out.
Not sure why they're stalling so hard compared to previous refund requests I've opened. I'm about to open a Paypal dispute to see if I get more traction.
