I placed and paid an order, which quickly changed to "your payment is confirmed"
The money was charged to my Paypal, and the funds taken from my linked bank account.
However! an hour or so later, the status of the order changed too "your payment didn't go through"
The issue is, in that hour, the seller shipped the item.
Aliexpress claim they never got the money, so the seller will never get paid, but Paypal say that Ali has the money.
I can't file a Paypal dispute, because there's nothing to dispute, goods have shipped, Ali has the money.
I can't pay again, as I've already paid.
As it stands, the seller just looses out on $300+, and I don't like that, as I'm risking getting my Aliexpress account banned.
