AliExpress "Free Returns" is a gimmick. You probably won't get a return label or your money back.
| | AliExpress follows a simple business model to place the burden on the back of the seller for returns or make as difficult as possible to dissuade buyers from returning anything. In my example, AliExpress agreed to accept my return with their stated "Free Returns" policy and to provide a "Prepaid" shipping label after numerous chats with customer service. This is all of of course more deflection and posturing to delay in hopes that the buyer will become weary of the walls created by AliExpress and just go away.As can be seen in the images, the Seller provided a blank -UPS Bill of Lading - Not a Pre-Paid Return shipping label as was to be provided per AliExpressSo, now back to chat with customer service , yet I think this will most likely never be resolved. So, be aware that this may happen to you if you want to delve into making a return with the policy stated as "Free Returns". For those who disagree, the AliExpress return terms are clearly stated in the AliExpress returns info page as shown in the images in my post. [link] [comments] |
