Aliexpress won't refund
Aliexpress support has been terrible to me. I recived a package and felt it was moving around a little too much for what the contents were suppose to be so I filmed myself unboxing it only to find that it's filled with junk and not the expensive motherboard I had ordered. When I contacted support first of all, there is no "chat now" option so it's not possible to speak with a human and I get stuck in an infinite loop with the bot so instead I directly went for a refund and sent the unboxing video. They then responded that it was deemed "insufficient proof" and that i need to contact my local delivery company even though I don't even know who they are. These investigations should be done by aliexpress and not by me and this is making me fear that they are just running down the clock till I can't request for a refund. Is there anything else I can do in this situation?
