Can’t cancel order that’s stayed same status for nearly a month
I ordered a keyboard nearly a month ago, however the order hasn’t changed status in a long time. I tried refunding it, but the app says “this order isn’t ready to be refunded yet” since it’s still “in transit.” What can I do?? It’s a $70 keyboard and I want to actually use it. The keyboard comes from China and is going to east coast USA. Usually it takes around 2-3 weeks, but I at least receive updates here and there about my orders. However this one hasn’t given me a single update
