Confused by interaction with seller.
Bought a set of carbon wheels for a road bike from what has been recommended as a reputable company. They've been trying to get me to pay extra for quicker delivery but I'm in no rush for the wheels so I've turned down the offer. Was updated the other day saying they had been shipped but I've just received a message from the company saying they can only ship with the premium company to my location (UK) and if I don't want to go ahead with that then I should cancel the item. But confused as the item has been listed as shipped and there's no mention anyway about not being able to ship to the UK without paying for extra delivery. On their actual website, there's an info box specifically stating that free delivery and customs duty is sorted for the UK.
