Hey everyone,
It has been 9-10 months since my last Free Return and I know they used to provide a label instantly to ship it back, but today I decided to return/refund a item only to see that they now want the seller to provide a shipping label till the 5th of august.
I also asked the support which they obviously just escalated the case to the "senior team" which then told me the exact same as the page the issue here though is the seller also openly showed in the same dispute that they don't want me to return the item.
Now my question is did they change the way the entire process works and should I just accept the aliexpress compensation of 32€ and then send the item to a third party resell/refurb place to get the rest of the money back.
