Do you think I’ll get my refund approved
Recently I purchased a product off AliExpress but the issue is that it came with a lot of missing pieces that make the item basically useless. The thing is that i seen a lot of people say that unless you don’t have a video of you opening the box and proving that the pieces are really missing, you won’t get a refund. I didn’t record a video as I never knew u needed to do that. I have talked to the seller but they haven’t really done much aside from just asking me to search thoroughly. What’s even more annoying is that the item was kinda expensive aswell. Do you think I’ll get a refund or no if I send a request?
