Don't buy from AliExpress it's a scam online shopping.
For those who don't like reading the details, here's the summary. You'll be scammed by sellers, never get a solution, and AliExpress will continue to scam you on behalf of the seller because they transferred the money to him.
- I ordered on 23 June 2025 items from a seller on AliExpress.
- On 24 Jun the seller sent to me a message telling me that my address is wrong. I told him it's my address and not wrong i ordered a lot of time using it.
- The seller back on 25 June to tell me that they sorry the order will take 3-10 days to ship. After that message i cancelled the order but it didn't cancel.
- I contacted with AliExpress customer service, They said that it's customize order and the seller have to approve the cancellation.
- I didn't know there are customize products on AliExpress, And my order not customize at all it Computer RAM.
- On 26 June the seller provided a tracking number, Didn't cancel the order of course but the surprise is: my order delivered on 24 June !! How that happened!!?
- I opened a dispute, The seller provided a proof of delivery with different courier and tracking number 😐 But the surprise is AliExpress accepted it and told me to proof that shipment didn't get it !!
- After all of that this website continues in this scam process, Not just that but refusing my evidence always and accepting fake damm proofs from the seller.
- After i sent to him a proof from FedEx thay told me that sorry you late to proof that and we had to transfer the money to the seller.
- I tried every thing with them but they always give me a response like scammers. You told them this proof from FedEx that the shipment address doesn't match my address and they told you to asking family and neighbours about it!!
- By the way the seller uses fake reviews and AliExpress gived him the golden batch 😅 of course of his scamming efforts.
- One of the seller reviews same as my problem, The user left it during my dispute.
Don't buy from AliExpress. Don't help scammers to be big. They stealing your money and just say sorry.
