Hi, I’m having an issue with my package and I’m not sure what to do. I placed my order on May 25, and it’s now August 4, but I still haven’t received it. I know I’m eligible for a refund, but I’d really prefer not to go that route because I truly need what’s in the package.
AliExpress, Cainiao, and a company called Mail Americas all say that the package is “ready for pick-up,” but I live in Puerto Rico and we only have USPS and UPS as pick-up options here. I’ve checked with both USPS and UPS, and they either say the tracking number is invalid or that the package has been stuck in Colombia since July 16.
Has anyone else experienced something like this? If so, how was it resolved?
