I lost my package and never get my refund!
So I m a 5 years loyal customer and this is what I got. I ordered a Ryzen 7 7700 on aliexpress and it show delivered 6 March, but I checked around and didn't see anything so I wait 1 more days then contact to Aliexpress customer service to ask. I admit that the process of solving a problem that was not of my making is complicated and tiring. Aliexpress team finally provide me name Emile Express shipping company and request me to ask them my pack location. So after few days talk to them, I finally found out they never delivered to my unit on the 23rd floor but lazily left my goods downstairs in the condo lobby. The problem is my building's basement is public parking, and a lot of strangers go in and out and I think they took the package. My building office not help me at all because building rule is not allowed to leave any pack at lobby area and they not responsibility for that. In 13th March, I finally got Emile Express Package Lost Confirmation email from shipping company but After 2 time submit for Aliexpess I keep getting reject for refund because invalid evidence? I m speedless and frustration because they are wasting so much of my time because of delivery person fault.
What I have to do next. I already dispute 2 times with lost confirmed email from Emile and don't know what to do next.
