iMile claiming they delivered my parcel, 2 weeks later still haven't responded until today
So my parcel was supposedly "delivered" 2 weeks ago "signed for", they have a pod photo of my gate outside of my house, in the street, and I contacted the seller and aliexpress directly and they say I have to contact iMile directly because they can't do it. OK, so I contact them through email, and also try their chat function on their website, in the queue, takes an hour, get disconnected twice. OK again. massive back and forth with aliexpress and the seller, they still say its my responsibility to contact the courier because apparently consumer rights dont exist, so I still try contacting, finally I get a reply saying yes we delivered it (to the street), the package didnt "need" to be signed for according to them.
so my $240 parcel is just in the wind. As an Australian, should I be bothering with this at all and should I just be contacting my bank, as this company just doesnt care at all. their rating are just rubbish on trustpilot and product review, hundreds of people with the same complaint that their stuff just didnt get delivered.
