What the heck????? 🤬😤 I already started a dispute but it's been at least a week and I keep getting THIS useless e-mail (same robotic text always, I already provided all the proof) and the agents at customer service just keep saying they've "escalated" the issue and I will get a response in 48 hours max, they've said this many times already, and all I get is this email. -What they did do, according to them, was report the seller, at least.
