Missing item...
| | So i ordered the 3 items for $2 and they sent me one of the three. The 3 items said they were combined and they all have the same tracking number. It delivered and it's obvious things were missing. I ordered; • Plush • Flashlight (metal) • 50cm led light bar The package i got was not heavy and small. Obviously had no 50cm light bar (i already have one so i know what they're like for size). I recorded showing all sides of the package and showed the label, and then opened it. Sure enough, just the plush was inside. I opened a refund request saying the item is missing and uploaded the video. For the flashlight, I got approved and got refund for that. For the 50cm led light bar i got denied ($0 refund). I re sent the same stuff worded differently with the video again. Got denied. I submitted an appeal, and they denied saying "proof is not effective enough" I have no idea what to do now, how tf is recording opening it not enough proof that my $0.66 item is not in the package.
