Order status question
Hello guys,
Please excuse me if this has already been answered in an official post; I couldn't find one while perusing the Q&A.
I ordered two items around two days ago; originally, it said it would take 10 days to ship. Now I looked again and was surprised to discover that the status reads 'Package returned, failed to be shipped out'.My question is whether this is simply a logistical issue that will be resolved by the seller. I'd like to know if my things will still arrive and if this is just a matter of resending them, or if I have no hope of obtaining them. I don't mind waiting; it was the status that threw me off guard, therefore I'd like to know whether anyone experienced this and still received their package later. I really hope my items can still arrive..
Edit: I didn't order anything that should be causing trouble (I'd assume?), just some markers and a sketching pad
