| | Hello, I'm from Brazil. I made this purchase with national shipping (promise of delivery in 20 days or refund, among other advantages of national shipping). When making the purchase, the seller said he was out of stock in Brazil and would ship from China. I asked him not to send it but he ended up sending it anyway. When entering the alixpress commitment - fast delivery, on the purchase page the deadline of 20 days appears but clicking on the commitment gives the deadline of 50 days. Should I open a refund now alleging logistics fraud? Do I wait 20 days to open the refund? [link] [comments] |
