Parroting helpful advice.
 
                                |   | I'm a small LLC 3D printer contractor. I buy a lot of 5-10 roll/packs of filament and resin. I understand if there inventory is out. But don't expect the vendor to always make it right. They sent me a refund link. But to my understanding it only lasts at least under 8 hours, if at all. So it's a giant pain to click the link if they have the opposite time zone then me and I just happen to forget about it. What grinds my gears the most is when you clearly stated that you ran out of stock or want me to wait a month. They try to weasel there way outa refunding. Refund link that doesn't work everytime I click it. Then when I got directly to AliExpress refund service they plead for me to cancel the dispute and they'll just refund me. Wich I'm sure will just be a workaround on there part. Then they later say it shipped with my other order Wich I got like a week and half ago. That's funny. You said you were outa stock for that material? Stay safe out there with your ordering. I've had this with 4 orders. Not all the same vender. One never shipped but claimed to. The other 3 are the same type of setup of no clock,please wait a month, we will refund, we shipped your item already (false). [link] [comments] |
