Payments Won't Work, Appeals Broken
I had an order not go through the other night, and then it was denied on appeal. It made no sense as it was MY actual card and plenty of balance to cover and I even sent them a shot of the card, much to my discomfort. I ended up using a pay-in-4 to complete most of the order, because I'd spent some time building up that cart and actually wanted the stuff in it.
Anyway, I tried to do a much smaller order (dollar express) and it was denied, twice. I got up this morning and again, same result. My bank isn't even notifying me of a charge attempt, so I don't think they are actually trying to run the card. I click appeal and it's not even showing the right card that I just put in and tried to use, so filing the appeal is useless. It's not asking for the proof on the card I am using!?
I've never had issues, never used anything but my own money & cards, but ever since that one order, it's like they aren't even trying to run the hold. What am I doing wrong? Is there a work around other than trying a 3rd party payment service? (I can use PP, but I hate them)
**Meant to add, I've tried the same card via straight charge & Google Pay... nothing.
