Return problems
Hey everyone, I bought a keyboard for $36, but the seller sent the wrong item (wrong color and switch).
I opened a dispute without testing the keyboard, but later decided to keep it. However, when I finally tested it, I realized the USB port was loose, and I couldn't plug it in. I rejected the return and full refund because I needed to submit a video demonstrating that the USB port is loose.
The dispute has now ended, and I'm returning the keyboard for a refund. The shipping cost is $16 (Denmark to Germany). I'm worried they might refuse to refund me, arguing that I initially disputed for receiving the wrong item but sent back a defected item. If that happens, I could lose even more money.. I'm just a student T___T
Not to mention that the return address looks weird, the city and zip code don't seem to match: Albert-Schweitzer-Str 1, Bad Duerkheim, Rheinland-Pfalz, Rheinland-Pfalz, DE, 55459 I also need their phone number and email to fill the shipping document but they keep dodging my question and said they will provide a label within 24-48 hours.
What should I do? Should I be worried?
