Returning item with damaged packaging?
Ok dumb situation, but I recently received a very obviously fake blind box toy that I would like to receive a refund for. I can either receive a partial refund of around 19.5% or do the free return / refund option. The toy itself is completely undamaged, but I tore up the top of the box when opening it (I know, dumb mistake, I wasn’t expecting to have to request a refund 😭) and the top is barely hanging onto the box anymore rip. Is it worth it to still do the return? How strict is Aliexpress about returning undamaged items in their original condition even if the item packing is damaged? Thanks so much!!
