While searching for a new supplier of medical paper sheets (paper is paper everywhere, right?), I found this seller who, coincidentally, ships from Spain (I live in Italy, so what could be better than a nearby seller!). The price is good, not so good as to make my head spin, but lower than any price I could pay locally. So I decide to order. The first shipment is late and a notification come to my account: delivery is not possible. so I write to the seller, asking what's going on. Why can't I track the shipment using the tracking number you provided? But it seems there have been some problems: my address is wrong. I'm a little confused as to how it's possible that I provided the wrong address if the purchase was made through AliExpress and therefore the address is automatically provided at the time of purchase... Despite being confused, I decide to send them again correct address, believing it was a genuine mistake on the part of the seller. When the package arrives at my house, I notice that the old address on the box is completely different from mine (different name and different region). I'm increasingly confused, but all's well that ends well: I got my package and will be using my paper happily for about a month. Satisfied with the quality of the product, I decide to order twice as much paper this time. Based on my previous experience, I make sure that all the details in the order are correct and that everything corresponds to prevent mistakes like in the first order . The address is added automatically, so there is no chance of the seller receiving the wrong address. After 10 days (the time when the package should have already arrived at its destination), the same situation as with the first order presents: the delivery of your package was unsuccessful. I check the tracking, but again, the tracking number provided is non-existent. I text the seller and the answer is always the same: you gave us the wrong address. I have always been patient, but at this point I am beginning to realize that something is wrong. I try to explain to the seller that it is not possible that I provided the wrong address, as it is automatically added at the time of purchase and the address provided is the correct one. No response. My attempts to contact them always end with the same pre-set response from the seller saying that the address is wrong. I have no choice but to contact AliExpress customer service and get my refund. Fortunately, they help me promptly and I get my money back, but I am frustrated because the product was good and I needed it. I am left with a lot of confusion about this type of behavior from the seller. I suspect that this is a way to somehow get the package sent back by the shipping agency and get the goods back, while at the same time getting the money from the sale or a small percentage, since the refund was made directly by AliExpress and not by the seller. What do you think?
