I am going through with this right now. Aliexpress has first suggested refund which seller rejected then it suggested no refund. I processed charge back with my bank as Aliexpress was just going back and forth despite of me providing a letter from my local USPS supervisor stating that it was delivered to a completely different address.
Now that chargeback has been alerted to Aliexpress, Aliexpress closed the refund process (which makes sense) but it also disabled a way for me to view the refund "chat" where the proof images are stored. Fortunately I saved the fake USPS delivery confirmation that the seller provided which says wrong city and state.
So save all the images in that chat. Aliexpress will remove your access to it when the chargeback hits. Scummy af company.
