Uniuni stole my package & placed my label on someone else’s.
I ordered a package recently shirts & a sweater my biggest package going through uniuni ever. I watched the delivery driver from my window look for the package for 3 minutes duck back in the car & “find it”. I immediately knew the package was too small to be mine. But I checked the label number & it matched mine. I peeled off my label & found another label from TEMU addressed to someone miles away with the date 07-13-2025. Uniuni never delivered their temu package from a month ago stuck my label on it & stole mine.
Has this happened to anyone else? Did you ever receive your package & what should I do if uniuni is unhelpful? I’m in the process of being refunded hopefully…
