What can i do if i can't return an item?
Well, a couple days ago finally got a pair of jeans that i ordered from Ali and, they were not like the pictures that the seller had in his page. I asked for a refund, Ali gave me the favor in the dispute but for a full refund i have to return the jeans. I can't do it because the shipping from my country to HK is like 300 dollars and I have to pay the shipping. I contacted the Aliexpress client service but they keep saying that they gonna give me a coupon equal to the amount of money of the shipping. Do you think that I can still appeal for a full refund without returning the product or I should appeal for a partial refund with no returning?
