| | After hundreds of orders and packages, this is a first for me. i had 3 other packages that went together with this one, they all started customs at same time as this one and cleared successfully, but this one is saying "need to provide transaction invoice or proof". to my country (czech republic) shipping first goes from china to the netherlands, where its customs cleared and then sent on a plane to czechia and the local delivery company picks it up. theres noone to provide some transaction invoice or proof or whatever to as i have no idea who is doing the customs clearance in the netherlands, there is no other delivery company like postnl involved, the tracking is just cainiao and my local post company, just wondering if anyone else had this happen but i will probably have to request refund for this order [link] [comments] |
